Drinks


Pista Ice cream
Ingredients:
milk 450gm
cornflour15gm
sugar 65gm
vennilla
essence 5drops
milk powder2tsp
pistanuts 10nos
Method:
Boil the milk with sugar to thick considency.cool it then add milk powder and v.essence to little.Add corn flour slowly and fully dilute it.mix it well.Add finley small pistanuts.Pour the mixture in the aluminium tray keep it on refrigerator for 3hours to 4hours.Then serve with cool.
