ingredients :
- 3 cups chopped Mangai/Raw mango
- 3 teaspoon red chilli powder.
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Procedure
- Heat oil in a kadai/Pan and add the mustard.
- Then add the salt, turmeric,asafoetida and chilli powder.
- Finally add cut Mangai/Raw mango. Mix well and serve after 15 minutes.
- Adjust salt and chilli powder according to taste.
- Stays fresh for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
